Farrell & Nephew meet TJ and his Wheelable Chair

Farrell and Nephew are excited to host Amanda and her wonderful book ‘TJ and his Wheelable Chair’.

The local book and stationary store is set to share TJ’s experiences with the residents of Newbridge and bringing about awareness on Cerebral Palsy and Global Development Delay. Heather (Manager) and Dermot (Director) are ready with goodies, making it a special and memorable day for everyone.

TJ is a boy who suffers from Cerebral Palsy and Global Development Delay, making his experiences of day to day life different and brings a unique perspective. Although TJ can’t walk or talk, but he loves listening and playing with his friends.

Amanda Karoe was inspired by her son, Tadhg, who suffers from the same disease as mentioned above. After completing her book, she tours around creating awareness about the disabilities and TJ’s struggle in overcoming them. TJ is the local hero to children and can’t wait wheel in to Farrell & Williams.
