Amanda Kehoe presents her book TJ and his Wheelable Chair at Lightwoods Primary School

Lightwoods Primary School is hosting an event, featuring Amanda Kehoe and her book – TJ and his Wheelable Chair.

The school was founded in 1908, and fosters its pupils with arts, sports and other activities to broaden their horizon and prepare them for higher education.

The book ‘TJ and his wheelable chair’ is about a child – TJ, who suffers from Cerebral Parsley and Global Development Delay. Despite having this disability, he has a lot of fun with his friends and learns about the world.

Amanda was inspired by her son, Tadhg, and wrote this book about the disability while creating awareness about how children can indulge in their lives even with limitations.

This book and Amanda’s life is dedicated to her son which has inspired us to look at life differently.
